Vendor Requirements

  • →Non-food vendors only — food vendors are not currently accepted.
  • →Each vendor must provide ONE item for the fundraiser raffle.
  • →AFAHS Alumni Association provides one table and chairs.
  • →Vendors must provide everything else required for their booth.

VENDOR APPLICATION

All vendors are required to donate one item for the fundraiser raffle.

Vendor Agreement

  • ✓I understand this event is for NON-FOOD vendors only.
  • ✓I will provide one item for the fundraiser raffle.
  • ✓I understand AFAHS provides one table and chairs only.
  • ✓I will provide all other booth materials and equipment.
  • ✓I agree to the $50 vendor registration fee.
